Ensure the liner bag is not covering the Power Connectors located on the back of the lid. Make sure lid is securely attached.
The Trash Bin Lid has a power switch located on the back. Be sure it is in the On position, as as shown. The Lid may occasionally need to be turned off and back on again to reset it.
